Dallas ("Dal") McKennon
Born in 1919 in Raymond, Washington, got the Hollywood "spark" when "A Bend in the River" with Jimmie Stewart came to shoot on location in Oregon. Dal joined up with a bit part, and caught the "bug." He then moved the whole family to Hollywood.
"Pops" is now in the winter of his life, and his archival website is now under construction. Stay tuned for further tweaking- by friends, fans, and family- as we celebrate a man with a lengthy and colorful life in early radio, TV, and film.
