Reg Evans was born on March 27, 1928 in England. He was an actor, known for Mad Max (1979), Gallipoli (1981) and Japanese Story (2003). He died on February 7, 2009 in St Andrews, Victoria, Australia.

Trivia (4)

While in England, he saw the stage production of The Summer of The Seventeenth Doll, by the Australian playwright Ray Lawlor and was so greatly influenced he wanted to move to Australia.
In 1957, he migrated to Australia on the post-World War II 10 pound migration scheme.
He lived in the bush, over 50 kilometres outside of Melbourne, in a mudbrick house he built himself.
On 13 February 2009, Reg was confirmed as having been killed in the Kinglake series of fires.
