Hayden Christensen only has one shot to save his son's life in the new trailer and poster for First Kill with Bruce Willis. This action-thriller is the latest from director Steven C. Miller, who recently wrapped production on the highly-anticipated Escape Plan 2: Hades, starring another big screen icon, Sylvester Stallone. First Kill actually marks the third collaboration between Steven C. Miller and Bruce Willis, following 2015's Extraction and last year's Marauders.
Lionsgate debuted the first trailer today, along with the poster which features both Hayden Christensen and Bruce Willis. After three films in the space of five years, Sylvester Stallone has ostensibly called time on The Expendables franchise. But just because Barney Ross is bound for an early retirement doesn’t necessarily mean that Stallone is ready to exit the action genre altogether, as he’s reportedly signed on for Escape Plan 3.
At least, that’s according to Deadline. Word is that Emmett/Furla/Oasis Films CEOs and co-founders Randall Emmett and George Furla have issued the go-ahead for a third film in the cult action series just as Escape Plan 2 begins to wrap up principal photography.
The sequel, directed by Steven C. Miller and tentatively titled Escape Plan 2: Hades, will see the return of Sylvester Stallone’s super-gruff inmate Ray Breslin. Despite rumors to the contrary, Arnold Schwarzenegger (Emil Rottmayer) isn’t involved in the prison sequel whatsoever, allowing the void to be filled by none other than Dave Bautista. »

A producer of “Escape Plan,” the 2013 prison break movie starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone, has filed a lawsuit claiming she was forced off the project and denied the opportunity to produce the sequel.
Robbie Brenner filed suit in L.A. Superior Court on Tuesday alleging that she was “pushed aside” by producers Randall Emmett and George Furla. Brenner alleges that she has not received any backend participation on the original film, though it grossed $135 million worldwide. She also contends that Emmett/Furla are moving ahead on “Escape Plan 2” without her, in violation of her contract.
Brenner, a former Relativity Media executive and a producer of “Dallas Buyers Club,” says she first set up the project with Summit Entertainment in 2008 under the working title “The Tomb.” In 2010, she said she met Emmett on a plane, where they discussed projects each had in development.
