Dock Ellis was born on March 11, 1945 in Los Angeles, California, USA. He was an actor, known for Portrait of a Showgirl (1982) and No No: A Dockumentary (2014). He died on December 19, 2008 in Los Angeles. Ellis was also a 12-year Major League Baseball player who was an All-Star and World Series champion.
