After graduating from Harvard, became a movie salesman on the East Coast before relocating to Hollywood in 1929 to manage Loew's State and Egyptian Theaters. Hired in the early 1930's by Irving Thalberg, by the middle of the decade moving on to Warner Brothers as associate producer. Heavily involved in television from 1954, later as head of his own production company, Louis Edelman Enterprises. See more »
