His first wife, Janice Hansen--a former beauty pageant winner--was found shot to death in a car in Jackson Heights, Queens, NY, on Sept. 26, 1959. Found dead with her was a Mafia figure named Little Augie Pisano. The pair were in the front seat and had been shot in the back of the head. Police believed it was a gang hit on Pisano, and Hansen was killed because she was a witness. See more »
