Comedian Jon Dore, David Paymer, Lynn Cohen to Star in ‘The Pickle Recipe’ (Exclusive)

Comedian Jon Dore, Oscar-nominated actor David Paymer (“Mr. Saturday Night”), Lynn Cohen (“The Hunger Games: Catching Fire,” “Sex and the City”) and Eric Edelstein (“Jurassic World”) are set to star in the indie comedy  “The Pickle Recipe,” TheWrap has learned. Michael Manasseri is directing from a screenplay by Sheldon Cohn, based on a story by Gary Wolfson and Cohn. Storyboard Entertainment’s Jason Potash and Paul Finkel are producing with Cohn and Wolfson, while Manasseri is producing through his company Made in Michigan Entertainment. Comedy Central Renews Inside Amy Schumer For Fourth Season

Taking a hint from other cable networks, notably HBO, Comedy Central has renewed Inside Amy Schumer for a fourth season before the third season even begins.

With little more to go on than a lot of buzz surrounding the music video, critical acclaim, and, I suppose, having seen where the third season goes, the show is set to return.

It’s big news for a show like this, and a serious vote of confidence. It also opens a lot of doors for the show’s direction, with a lot of room to play now.

'Inside Amy Schumer' Renewed for Season 4

Good news, "Inside Amy Schumer" fans: The show just got picked up for a fourth season, ahead of its season three premiere.

Schumer made the announcement herself during an appearance on "The Late Show with David Letterman" on Monday night, where she told the host she just got word about the pickup before heading out onstage. Letterman congratulated the comedienne, and the duo chatted about the highs and lows of working on series television, where Schumer quipped that the annual effort doesn't get any easier, but "I find I'm getting easier."

In a statement released Tuesday, Comedy Central praised the show and Schumer.

"We love being 'Inside Amy Schumer' and are thrilled our audience agrees," said Kent Alterman, president of content development and original programming at the network.

Jash, Chevrolet, YouTube Host “#BestDayEver” For April Fools’, Elicit Lots Of Smiles

The “Darude -- Sandstorm” button prank isn’t the only April Fools' Day project YouTube participated in yesterday. Google’s online video site partnered with Chevrolet and online comedy network Jash to live stream a day full of surprises for the #BestDayEver marketing campaign on April 1, 2015.

Broadcast out of YouTube Space La, the #BestDayEver live stream was hosted by comedian Jon Dore and musical comedy duo Garfunkel and Oates. Throughout the day, the trio introduced various surprises live streamed from different parts of the country, including appearances from digital stars like Tyler Oakley, Rooster Teeth, and Harley Morenstein of Epic Meal Time. Traditional celebrities and athletes, such as Kelly Clarkson, Olivia Wilde, and the soccer team Manchester United, also showed up for their own dedicated segments meant to make people's days brighter.
