Francis De Wolff was born on January 7, 1913 in Essex, England. He was an actor, known for From Russia with Love (1963), A Christmas Carol (1951) and Moby Dick (1956). He was married to Linda Finch, Melissa Dundas and Jean Fairlie. He died on April 18, 1984 in Sussex, England.

Trivia (4)

Despite very often depicting European characters on film, he is a British actor.
He has the distinction of being the lead villian, Wilhelm Kramar, in the very first Dick Barton - Special Agent radio serial. Though the original no longer exists, the original cast reunited in 1977 to re-record the very first story (in honour of the Silver Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II of England). It is available on BBC audio.
Burly, hirsute RADA-trained British character actor with piercing eyes and intimidating presence. Invariably seen in villainous roles, with a notable penchant for horror. His sepulchral tones also made him much-in-demand for radio drama.
