New The Divergent Series: Insurgent Trailer, Poster, and Images Find Shailene Woodley on the Run

12 December 2014 8:38 AM, PST | Collider.com | See recent Collider.com news »

Summit Entertainment has released a new theatrical trailer for The Divergent Series: Insurgent, the second in what will be a four-film adaptation of author Veronica Roth’s dystopian sci-fi series.  The Divergent sequel finds the principal characters on the run in the fringes of society and searching for answers after breaking open the world as they knew it.  To be honest, I have no earthly idea what the hell is going in in this Insurgent trailer, but this new installment does have come compelling visuals and interesting concepts at play.  Though this is the most stiff I have ever seen the normally vibrant Winslet.  Watch the new Insurgent trailer, check out a new poster, and new images for the film after the jump.  The film stars Shailene Woodley, Theo JamesAnsel ElgortKate Winslet, Naomi Watts, Octavia Spencer, Jai Courtney, Miles Teller, Daniel Dae Kim, Maggie Q, Ray Stevenson, and Zoe Kravitz. »

Go Behind-The-Scenes Of Gat Out Of Hell

11 December 2014 7:11 PM, PST | We Got This Covered | See recent We Got This Covered news »

It may be a festive season, wherein all God-loving (and fearing) citizens of Earth celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, but Deep Silver wants to make sure that you won’t lose sight of religion’s darker and more heated side. Or, maybe I’m just reading into things too much and going too far out there for a news post about a Saints Row spin-off called Gat Out of Hell. Have your pick.

After showing us a lot of in-game footage — complete with a deadly armchair and other assorted Seven Deadly Sins weaponry — Deep Silver and Volition have decided to take us behind-the-scenes of Gat Out of Hell‘s development. The result is this nearly four-minute-long interview with the game’s voice actors, including Daniel Dae Kim, Nolan North, Dee Bradley Baker and Natalie Lander.

Check out the video above and look for Gat out of Hell on January 20th, »

The Divergent Series: Insurgent Trailer: Shailene Woodley Defies Reality and Rides a Flying Building

12 November 2014 7:57 AM, PST | Collider.com | See recent Collider.com news »

When the first film of a franchise scores $152.5 million opening weekend like The Hunger Games, the sequel is basically a guaranteed hit.  Even if the numbers do drop, it’s still bound to take big money to the bank.  On the other hand, the second Divergent film, Insurgent, is going to have its work cut out for it if it’s going to match the first film's $54.6 million start and justify the studio’s decision to stretch the final book of the trilogy into two films. I hoped the first bit of promo material from Insurgent would be something to ease fans back into the world and possibly even pull in newcomers. However, not only does this teaser trailer feel nothing like the original film, but it’s also highly unlikely that anyone who isn’t familiar with the first film or the books will have any idea of what’s going on. »

Hawaii Five-0: Season Five Ratings

18 October 2014 2:02 PM, PDT | TVSeriesFinale.com | See recent TVSeriesFinale news »

Last season saw a big decline in the demo ratings for Hawaii Five-0. CBS renewed the series for a fifth season and reportedly ordered 25 episodes. Is this a sign that they plan to end the series or could it be renewed for a sixth season if the ratings are strong enough? We'll have to wait and see.

A reimagining of the original Hawaii Five-0 TV show, this police procedural series revolves around an elite state police task force that fights crime in the 50th state. The series stars Alex O'Loughlin, Scott Caan, Daniel Dae Kim, Grace Park, Masi Oka, and Chi McBride.

The ratings are typically the best indication of a show's likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available »
