Meltem Cumbul's career consists of twenty-two feature films including Berlin's Golden Bear Winner "Head On" and "Lovelorn" which got her Best Actress Award from Palm Springs International Film Festival "Six Long Running TV Serials including the highest rated local drama to date "Yilan Hikayesi" and "Magnificent Century" which is broadcast over fifty countries ; musicals and theatre performances including "Smokey Joe's Cafe" and "Taming of the Shrew". Directed a play called "Bent" by Martin Sherman. Meltem Cumbul got national and international awards from Palm Springs, Queens, Antalya and Ankara Film Festivals as an actress.

She has studied with Eric Morris himself for 3 years from 2005 onwards and has been teaching his method at the Mimar Sinan University State Conservatory, her own alma mater.
