Shortly after Sarah was born, she was considered by director Stanley Kubrick to appear on screen as the infant "Star Child" in his film "2001: A Space Odyssey", on which her father Derek Cracknell was working as Kubrick's first assistant director. Kubrick eventually decided to use a doll for the part. See more »
