After Hunter Biden’s attorneys threatened to sue Fox News for defamation, the network removed the six-part miniseries, The Trial of Hunter Biden.
Hunter’s attorneys threatened to sue Fox News for violating “revenge” laws and publishing since-debunked bribery accusations as part of a scheme to portray him inaccurately.
The letter, which President Joe Biden’s son’s counsel delivered to Fox News attorneys last week, includes a request for the network to “preserve all documents potentially relevant to the allegations in this letter” – a common precursor to litigation.
“We anticipate that litigation against Fox … is imminent,” the letter read.
Hunter’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, has represented well-known people like Michael Jackson, Chris Brown and Winona Ryder.
Geragos demanded Fox News issue numerous retractions and corrections for reporting on Hunter’s overseas business schemes.
“For the last five years, Fox News has relentlessly attacked Hunter Biden and made him a...

Rudy Giuliani is bleeding cash, losing attorneys, racking up lawsuits against him, facing criminal charges, and alienating longtime friends and Republican Party stalwarts. And yet, as his life comes apart around him, Giuliani is still promising to go down with the Donald Trump-sized ship, sources familiar with the matter tell Rolling Stone.
The former top Trump lawyer bragged to associates in recent months that he’d never “break” or betray Trump, even as his own legal problem exploded and indictments were handed down, two sources with knowledge of these comments tell Rolling Stone.

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has taken action against Rudy Giuliani, the former mayor of New York City and attorney for former President Donald Trump, in the form of a lien placed on his $4.5 million penthouse.
The federal tax agency says that Giuliani owes $549,435.26 in unpaid income taxes for 2021. Filed in Palm Beach County, Florida, the lien allows the IRS a portion of the profits from Giuliani’s condo, were it to ever sell.
The penthouse is located three miles north of Mar-a-Lago, on the fifth floor of an aging post-modern complex built in 1969.
Giuliani currently faces a host of legal troubles, which includes 13 felony counts of racketeering charges in Georgia for attempting to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election.
Records show that in February 2010, Giuliani and his then-wife Judith Nathan purchased the three-bedroom, 2,000-square-foot condo for $1.4 million in cash.
In 2019, the couple divorced and Nathan signed the condo over to Giuliani.

On Tuesday, Hunter Biden sued former Donald Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani for violations of computer fraud and data access to a laptop that Hunter Biden allegedly left at a Delaware repair shop.
Hunter Biden has been the target of attacks by Giuliani, Trump, and other conservative figures since 2020. In October of that year, Giuliani leaked information that he claimed to have received from Hunter Biden’s computer to The New York Post. The paper published a story based on the information, which suggested that President Joe Biden may have attended a meeting with a representative of the Ukrainian company for which Hunter worked.
Biden’s alleged involvement in his son’s business dealings is currently the basis of an impeachment inquiry into the president by House GOP committees.
Hunter Biden’s federal lawsuit also named Robert Costello, who previously represented Giuliani, as a defendant.

Hunter Biden has filed a lawsuit against Rudy Giuliani and his former attorney Robert Costello, accusing the pair of being among those “primarily responsible for what has been described as the ‘total annihilation,’” of Biden’s digital privacy, and violating digital privacy laws in the process.
The lawsuit, filed Tuesday in California’s Central District Court, alleges that Giuliani and Costello, “dedicated an extraordinary amount of time and energy toward looking for, hacking into, tampering with, manipulating, copying, disseminating, and generally obsessing over data that they were given that was...

On Monday night, Rudy Giuliani’s lawyer, Robert Costello, sued him in Manhattan state court for an estimated $1.36 million as part of an outstanding bill for legal services that Giuliani allegedly failed to pay.
According to the filing, Costello and his law firm represented Giuliani while he was being investigated by the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, Special Counsel Jack Smith and during the federal investigation into the insurrection on January 6, 2021.
Costello has asserted that the services he provided to Giuliani totaled $1,574,196.10, but Giuliani has only paid $214,000.
The law firm, Davidoff Hutcher and Cintron Llp, and Costello are requesting that Giuliani pay outstanding fees and any interest that has built up.

Jack Smith’s latest indictment of Donald Trump isn’t yet two weeks old, but the alleged “co-conspirators” it identifies are already beginning to turn on each other — and some of them aren’t even being subtle about it.
A number of the ex-president’s chief lieutenants and alleged co-conspirators in the plot to overturn the election, such as conservative attorney John Eastman, have insisted the effort was perfectly legal and based on sound evidence. Others, however, have recently sought to distance themselves from the efforts of others, implicitly heaping...

Georgia prosecutor Fani Willis is expected to present her case against Donald Trump to a grand jury this coming week, and she reportedly has some bombshell evidence: messages connecting Rudy Giuliani and other Trump allies to a voting systems breach in the state.
According to CNN, Trump allies began efforts to access the Dominion voting machines in deep red Coffee County in mid-December as the then-president attempted to make a case that widespread voter fraud caused him to lose the 2020 election to Joe Biden.

Steve Bannon — currently facing contempt of Congress charges after defying a subpoena to appear before the Jan. 6 committee — has signaled that he is willing to testify in front of the committee.
CNN reported Sunday that Bannon’s lawyer Bob Costello sent a letter to the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 insurrection revealing the former Trump strategist’s plans.
“While Mr. Bannon has been steadfast in his convictions, circumstances have now changed,” Costello wrote in the letter. “Mr. Bannon is willing to, and indeed prefers, to testify at your public hearing.
