Studied German and Romance philology at the University of Innsbruck and worked in the 1950's for Radio Innsbruck and Tyrolean ORF regional radio. He later joined the Vienna Burgtheater, worked as a radio host (1969-93) and directed TV movies in the 1970's and 80's. See more »
