Hamilton creator Lin-Manuel Miranda and James Corden are letting the sunshine in...in places where the sun may not shine. On Thursday's episode of Corden's Late Late Show, the two were shown taking part in a new installment of the recurring segment Crosswalk the Musical, whose theme this time was the '60s Free Love-themed rock show Hair. Wearing shining, gleaming, streaming, flaxen, waxen wigs and not much else, the two stripped down and gave drivers stuck in traffic an eyeful as they passionately belted out "The Flesh Failures / Let the Sunshine in" on a crosswalk near the talk show's studios in Los Angeles, amid backup »
Thanks to dear old dad and late-night TV, one of Ray Romano's son finally found a date. Earlier this week on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the actor introduced his 24-year-old son Matt Romano, who works on the talk show, saying, "Ladies, he's a good kid, good listener. He keeps his room clean. He's had all of his shots...You still have a car. Jimmy Kimmel is his uncle." On The Late Late Show With James Corden Thursday night, host James Corden talked about the attempt to get Matt a date and noted that his twin brother Greg Romano works on his own talk show, so it would only be fair to help him get a date as well. The host brought out three »
Corden and crew were joined by Miranda to perform a rendition of the classic 60’s counter-culture musical “Hair,” complete with Corden and Miranda stripping down to their birthday suits in front of an audience of people stuck at a red light.
The ensemble performed renditions of hits from the show, including “Age of Aquarius” and”Let the Sunshine In.” After they took their bows, Miranda said, “After performing out there in front of all those cars, I don’t know how you go back to Broadway. Everything else is boring!”

Despite being only vaguely familiar with the play's story ("It's hippie culture," he said. "I think there's a war. Or there's been a war.") and wildly jealous of Miranda's Broadway success, Corden led his small cast through the production's most famous songs.
Before the ramshackle musical, Corden hyped up his crew by introducing an enthused Miranda. "In a lot of ways, »

James Corden retooled Thursday’s opening monologue in the wake of the recent attacks in Spain.
“You will by now have heard about the tragic events today in Barcelona. It saddens me that once again I need to start our program talking about another appalling tragedy in the world,” the Late Late Show host, 38, began his somber speech.
Corden previously made powerful statements at the top of his CBS late-night program following the horrific terror attack in Manchester in May as well as the London Bridge attacks in June.
“When we hear about London or Paris, Stockholm and now Barcelona, »

Pink is apparently Team Taylor, but the pop star likely isn’t joining Swift’s squad any time soon.
The mother of two, 37, was asked to answer the question, “Taylor or Katy ,” during a rapid fire round of inquiries with U.K. radio station Kiss FM. “Taylor? Is that Ok?” Pink said.
“You can’t win no matter what you say, anyway. Everyone wakes up offended,” the singer added.
Swift and Perry were rumored to be feuding for years, though neither confirmed the falling out — until this year.
While promoting her album in 2014, Swift opened up about a lost friendship »

On The Late Late Show on Wednesday night, James Corden stood firm in his belief that Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee's "Despacito" is the song of the summer. (Sorry, Beats One's Zane Lowe, Corden is not feeling DJ Khaled's "Wild Thoughts" as much as you are.) In fact, Corden is so enamored with the record-shattering crossover smash that he decided to do his own remix of it on his show, subbing in the sensual original lyrics with some more timely ones.

There are only eight episodes left in Game of Thrones ever, and Kit Harington is already brainstorming ways to commemorate the conclusion of the epic HBO show. During an appearance on The Late Late Show on Wednesday night, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (who plays Jaime Lannister) revealed that his costar wants everyone in the cast to get matching tattoos. Even though he isn't too keen on the idea, he said he could be persuaded depending on the design. So what exactly qualifies as a great tattoo? While host James Corden suggested they all get dragons on their backs, Lin-Manuel Miranda joked that Nikolaj should get his onscreen sister Cersei's name with a heart (ew). Guess we'll just have to wait and see if he actually gives in. »

Um, Daenerys Targaryen might want to watch out on Game of Thrones, because Jaime Lannister has some serious strength. Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, who plays Jaime on the hit HBO show, stopped by The Late Late Show on Wednesday night to chat about his other exciting project (we know, it's hard to think about him in any other place except King's Landing), his upcoming film Shot Caller. After telling host James Corden that the movie is set in a prison, Nikolaj revealed that he's pretty much perfected a few workout moves that are popular behind bars. To prove his strength, he had fellow guest Lin-Manuel Miranda hop on his shoulders while he did a few squats. While it has been hard to look at Nikolaj on Game of Thrones recently (seriously, Another baby with your sister?!), we could watch this all day long. »

Watch out, Justin Bieber—because James Corden just debuted a fresh take on the biggest song of the summer. It's no secret the pop star and Luis Fonsi's hit track is the song playing in everyone's ears these days. After all, in July it became the most streamed song in history. So, when it came time for the late-night host to recap the past three months as another summer winds down and we prepare to welcome fall, he set his lyrics to the now iconic reggaeton-pop melody. While it's easy to forget all that's happened since temperatures hiked and flip flops returned three months ago, Corden gave fans the full rundown Wednesday night—and you won't be able to get »
Like the rest of us, James Corden is obsessed with the song of the summer, “Despacito”. But it seems Corden thinks the lyrics could use more timely references. So, for his version of the Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee monster smash that has been No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for 14 weeks, Corden […] »

Apple is reportedly set to invest $1 billion dollars into producing their own content over the next year. The initial investment is on par with what Amazon started with in 2013 while Netflix is looking to spend $6 billion in the next year. Comparatively, HBO spent around $2 billion dollars on original content last year alone with rumors suggesting that it cost around $10 million dollars too produce a single episode of Game of Thrones for Season 6. The market for streaming original content is a bit crowded at the moment, but if Apple can drum up a hit, it could go a long way in solidifying the company as a streaming contender.
The news comes to us via The Wall Street Journal, who report that Apple is about to make their move to start to produce more original content. They already have Planet of the Apps and the The Late Late Show with James Corden spin-off Carpool Karaoke, »
James Corden is back at it again with the second episode of Carpool Karaoke: The Series, and this time he has two of the biggest and most beautiful voices in his car: Alicia Keys and John Legend. However, instead of singing their smash hits during the ride, The Late Late Show host had them make up songs on the spot about the weirdest things. While Alicia blows us away with her melody about bad body odor, John's soulful tune about a long-lasting erection is surprisingly incredibly sexy. Catch all the craziness above, and watch the full episode on Apple Music. »

Thousands of fans of Elvis Presley gathered at his iconic Memphis mansion, Graceland, on Tuesday to honor “the King of Rock” a day prior to the 40th anniversary of his death.
The vigil was attended by Elvis’ former wife Priscilla Presley, 72, who was snapped mingling with attendees in the afternoon.
Lisa Marie Presley, Elvis’ only child, was also at the memorial alongside 10-year-old twin daughters Harper Lockwood and Finley Lockwood. The 47-year-old rocker lit candles with mourners, joining them for a procession throughout the grounds of the 13.8-acre estate — which includes the graves of Elvis, his parents and his grandmother. »
