2.21 A Legion Of Horribles 

Holy Cormac McCarthy quote in the title, Batman! This week’s Gotham is the penultimate episode of the season, and therefore has a few jobs that it has to do. It needs to get all the players in place for the final showdown and start tying up plot strands, and it even chooses to take a stab at setting some new stuff for the already-confirmed season 3. 

Resultantly, this is an episode that feels a tad on the fractured side.
