Wallis Clark was born on March 2, 1882 in Essex, England as Wallis H. Clark. He was an actor, known for Penny Serenade (1941), Mutiny on the Bounty (1935) and Great Guy (1936). He died on February 14, 1961 in North Hollywood, California, USA.

He appeared in five Best Picture Academy Award winners: It Happened One Night (1934), Mutiny on the Bounty (1935), The Great Ziegfeld (1936), You Can't Take It with You (1938) and Gone with the Wind (1939). Irving Bacon, Ward Bond and Eddy Chandler also appeared in It Happened One Night (1934), You Can't Take It with You (1938) and Gone with the Wind (1939).
Along with Harry Davenport, he is one of only two actors to appear in three consecutive Best Picture Academy Award winners: It Happened One Night (1934), Mutiny on the Bounty (1935) and _The Great Ziegfeld (1936). Davenport appeared in The Life of Emile Zola (1937), You Can't Take It with You (1938) and Gone with the Wind (1939).
