Flaminia has been the London Correspondent for the "Trofeo Lorenzo Bandini" committee in Brisighella, Italy since 1997. This committee annually awards a rookie Formula 1 racing driver for his emerging talent, in the memory of Bandini who lost his life at the Monaco Grand Prix in 1967 driving his Ferrari.
