An award-winning commercial, film, and television director, Larry
Carroll grew up in the Berkshires of Massachusetts where he studied
theater and fine arts, and graduated from University of Florida. He
currently works through his production company of 20 years, Sundog
Productions, based in Manhattan Beach, California.
Larry Carroll and his company Sundog Productions produced the
documentary seen on HBO and Comedy Central about comedian Sam Kinison
entitled "Sam Kinison: Why Did We Laugh?" which Larry Carroll Executive
Produced, Directed, and wrote.
Pioneering the resurgence of the Western on television, Larry Carroll
recently Co-Created, Executive Produced, and Directed the pilot and for
"Peacemakers" starring Tom Berenger and Peter O'Meara for USA Network,
which was the second most watched premiere in basic cable history.
