Nick Cannon is keeping people on their toes regarding his relationship status. Although he was said to be dating model Jessica White, the America's Got Talent host might be single! He took to Instagram Tuesday night to post some pretty cryptic quotes, all of which lead us to believe that he's ridin' solo these days. "If you were wondering..." he captioned the photo of a quote regarding what it means to be single. The full message reads, "Being single doesn't mean that you know nothing about love. Sometimes, being solo is wiser than being in a false relationship." Whoa. Did he and White have a falling out or is he just defending us lonely souls? Regardless, it »
When you're a reality show entering your 10th season, how do you top all the previous seasons? By having a contestant blow themselves up, apparently. That's what America's Got Talent is doing. "It's the most extreme season so far," Nick Cannon told E! News. "We've got people setting themselves on fire, blowing up stuff. It's going to be outstanding." Ok, blowing themselves up? "Oh yeah, she blew herself up in a car," Mel B teased. "And also a guy jumped from like a 12-story building." And Mel B and her fellow judges—including Howard Stern, Howie Mandel and Heidi Klum—were fine with all of this? "I get shocked a little bit," »
There wasn't a telephone in sight. For the inaugural celebration of the goofy and good-hearted Red Nose Day in America, NBC invited seemingly everyone in Hollywood to hang out at New York City's own Hammerstein Ballroom for three hours in an attempt to "be funny for money" — and it didn't require a single participant to awkwardly answer a phone on stage in order to collect donations.
The British import (it was partially conceived of by director Richard Curtis, which means it's about as British as Love, Actually) brings together »
“Do something funny for money” was the slogan of NBC’s inaugural “Red Nose Day” telecast, a live three-hour show that helped raise more than $21 million to aid children living in poverty in the U.S. and abroad.
The telecast that originated Thursday from New York City’s Hammerstein Ballroom went off with only a few minor hitches that were probably not visible to the viewing audience at home.
Seth Meyers, David Duchovny and Jane Krakowski each hosted an hour of the program that blended pitches from stars such as Julianne Moore, Olivia Wilde and Gwenyth Paltrow with taped comedy segments produced by Funny or Die and in-studio bits from “Saturday Night Live’s” Colin Jost, Michael Che and Jay Pharaoh, as well as Billy Eichner and Josh Groban.
In between the entertainment, short films featuring celebrity appeals on behalf of specific causes struck a serious note. Jack Black traveled »

Im Global’s newly formed music arm is taking an appropriately global approach to owning and controlling the songs and scores of its various film and TV projects.
“What we want to do is to be part of that at a 360-level: not just be the sales agent, or produce the actual film or TV show, but to own the underlying musical content as well — to own the publishing asset, produce the soundtrack, be involved integrally with all the music,” says Im Global Music president David Schulhof.
Taking it a step farther, Im Global Music recently announced a partnership with Universal Music Group’s Republic Records to co-produce and co-finance films. Their first project will be “Rollin’ Thunder,” an urban comedy set in the bowling world, expected to go before the cameras in Atlanta in September with Nick Cannon and Nelly as co-producers.
Also slated for this fall is another Im Global project, »
