The Delivery

You might be surprised to learn that there is no actual monster in The Magnetic Monster. Instead, we have a killer isotope. Seriously. We have a renegade element that goes crazy after some scientist that lives above an appliance store bombards it with gamma rays or some such, much like how Bruce Banner became the Hulk. To the filmmaker's credit, they attempted to base their science fiction film on actual science, with hit and miss results. Some of it actually makes sense, but most is just technical goggledygook that sounds absurd by today's level of technical knowledge.
