Jerry Buss was born on January 27, 1933 in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA as Gerald Hatten Buss. He is known for his work on The Top 5 Reasons You Can't Blame... (1999), National Heads-Up Poker Championship (2006) and High Stakes Poker (2006). He was married to JoAnn Mueller. He died on February 18, 2013 in Los Angeles, California, USA.

Owner of the Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Kings, L.A. Forum, Pickfair.
Had four children with his ex-wife, JoAnn Mueller: Jimmy Buss, Johnny Buss, Jeanie Buss and Janie Buss (born 1964). He also had two sons with his ex-girlfriend, Karen Demel: Joey Buss (born 1985) and Jesse Buss (born 1988).
Received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame at 6801 Hollywood Boulevard in Hollywood, California on October 30, 2006.
Former chemistry professor.
Following his death, he was interred at Forest Lawn Memorial Park (Hollywood Hills) in Los Angeles, California.
Once owned one of five known 1913 USA Liberty Head nickels. The coin was sold (by a different owner) in 2010 for $3.7 million.
