She acted in Olwen Wymark's stage adaptation of Emile Zola's novel, "Nana," at the Mermaid Theatre in London, England in a Shared Experience production with Belinda Davison and Peter Sproule in the cast. Jane Gibson and Sue Lefton were directors.

Acclaimed for her many Shakespearean roles and as Barbara Allen (of ballad fame) in Peter Brook's 1949 production "Dark of the Moon".
