Heidi Brühl was born on January 30, 1942 in Gräfelfing, Bavaria, Germany as Heidi Rosemarie Brühl. She was an actress, known for The Eiger Sanction (1975), Captain Sindbad (1963) and Hochzeit auf Immenhof (1956). She was married to Brett Halsey. She died on June 8, 1991 in Starnberg, Bavaria.

Her song "Wir wollen niemals auseinandergehen" (We never want to split up) was in the German competition for the Eurovision Song Contest in 1960, but was ranked #2 only, although it later became #1 in the German single charts.
Performed in Las Vegas together with Sammy Davis Jr. (1963).
Daughter: Nicole Brühl, born 1970.
Son: Clayton Halsey, born 1967, is editor and actor.
Moved to Rome to start her international career (1964).
