AwesomenessTV and Defy Media have announced that Smosh: The Movie, starring YouTube sensations Ian Hecox and Anthony Padilla, will have its world premiere at the Vidcon convention in Anaheim, California on July 23. Alex Winter (Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure) directed the comedy feature, which centers on Ian Hecox and Anthony Padilla's characters trying to erase an embarrassing video of Padilla before his high school crush can see it. The movie features a number of YouTube stars such as Grace Helbig, Harley Morenstein, Mark Edward Fischbach, Jenna Marbles and Dominic 'D-Trix' Sandoval in supporting roles, alongside Steve Austin, Michael Ian Black, Peter Breitmayer, Jillian Nelson and Brittany Ross.
