Sully Boyar was born on December 14, 1923 in Brooklyn, New York City, New York, USA as Israel Sully Boyarsky. He was an actor, known for Dog Day Afternoon (1975), Prizzi's Honor (1985) and The Jazz Singer (1980). He was married to Jo Boyar. He died on March 23, 2001 in Queens, New York City.
