There are only six episodes left of Star Wars Rebels! The series is coming to an end and today we have a trailer for the series finale. This show has been an awesomely well-made wild ride and I can't wait to see how it all comes to an end.

This is a very exciting and action-packed trailer that fans are going to flip over! One of the coolest things about it is that it features Emperor Palpatine making his debut in the series! Ian McDermid, who played the character in The Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi and all three prequel films, also returns to provide the voice of the character!

Phil Lamarr talks Goblins Animated!

  • Comicmix
Hey friends, have you seen this?! It’s the Indiegogo for a project called Goblins Animated, and it looks completely awesome.

It first popped up in my Instagram feed as something connected to actor/voice actor Phil Lamarr, and that was enough to get me to check it out. As it turns out, Goblins Animated is to be a new animated series based on the decade-long run of the webcomic Goblins, by creator Tarol Hunt; and is the brainchild of Tarol, Phil, and Matt King. The animated show, like the comic before it, will be the story of a D & D realm told from the point of view of the little guys, the “monsters,” instead of the adventurers. It’s a heroic tale of a group normally considered evil and weak. “Think Smurfs meets Game of Thrones.” It’s planned to start with ten episodes, and will feature famed voice actors including Billy West,

‘Star Wars Rebels’ Creator Dave Filoni Announces Final Season at Star Wars Celebration: ‘It’s Gonna Be Different’

‘Star Wars Rebels’ Creator Dave Filoni Announces Final Season at Star Wars Celebration: ‘It’s Gonna Be Different’
It’s not the announcement fans want to hear — the end of a favorite series — but “Star Wars Rebels” creator Dave Filoni delivered the news that his Lucasfilm animated series was coming to a close after four seasons in the room where he knew he’d be amongst friends.

The Saturday morning panel of this year’s Star Wars Celebration was dedicated to “Rebels,” the Disney Xd series that Filoni spent years shepherding to the small screen. Joined by members of his voice cast (including Freddie Prinze, Jr., Taylor Gray, Vanessa Marshall, Steve Blum and Tiya Sircar) Filoni and co. put on the sort of freewheeling and information-packed panel that the “Rebels” and “Clone Wars” creator has become known for.

‘Apocalyse Kiss’ DVD Review

Stars: D.C. Douglas, Carmela Hayslett, Tom Detrik, Tammy Jean, Tom Atkins, Michael Berryman, Lloyd Kaufman, Steve Blum, Bonnie Loev, Brian Anthony Wilson | Written and Directed by Christian Jude Grillo

I’ll freely admit there was a heavy dose of trepidation going into Apocalypse Kiss. You see I’ve had the “pleasure” of watching one of writer/director Christian Jude Grillo’s films (Deer Crossing aka Wasteland) before and it wasn’t the greatest of experiences… But just like you should never judge a book by its cover I feel you should never judge a filmmaker from just one film, even if that film was a complete shambles. Grillo’s previous effort was a backwoods thriller, a poor mans Texas Chainsaw Massacre if you will but this time out Grillo aims his sights higher, bringing us a dystopian vision of a city in ruin, controlled by corrupt politicians and evil corporations.

Star Wars Celebration 2017 Badge Art Unveiled

Star Wars Celebration 2017 Badge Art Unveiled
Back in May, LucasFilm announced that Orlando, Florida will play host to the 2017 Star Wars Celebration. The convention will take place April 13-16, 2017, at the Orange County Convention Center. While LucasFilm hasn't announced any events for this year's Celebration quite yet, the studio did unveil 12 pieces of badge art, which feature iconic Star Wars characters from both the big and small screen. These photorealistic sketches of characters from the Star Wars Universe were drawn by artist Paul Shipper. Here's what he had to say about these designs, which will help celebrate the 40th anniversary of this iconic franchise.

"The main thing for me was pleasing everybody at Lucasfilm. And then in turn, because they would like them, then hopefully the fans will enjoy them, as well. It's a case of trying to do something that would be very different from anything that's maybe been done before, in celebration of the 40th anniversary of Star Wars.
