Jim Jacobs and Warren Casey wrote the book, music and lyrics. Douglas W. Schmidt was set designer. Carrie F. Robbins was costume designer. Tom Moore was director. Kenneth Waissman, Maxine Fox, and Anthony D'Amato were producers.
