Jack Birch, the actor and producer, was an adult film performer in the 1970s, known primarily for being the husband of Carol Connors, one of the stars of Deep Throat (1972). Jack co-starred with his wife in four hard-core features, including the three films that were the apex of Carol Connors' adult entertainment career: Erotic Adventures of Candy (1978), Candy Goes to Hollywood (1979) and Sweet Savage (1979). Miss Connors retired from the adult scene after directing and starring in Desire for Men (1981) and appearing in Consenting Adults (1982) to focus her attentions on motherhood.
