A representative for David Boreanaz is adamant the actor will never accept a lucrative offer to be the face of a cheaters' dating website, insisting the remarks which led to the proposition were misconstrued.
The Bones star confessed to cheating on his wife Jaime Bergman with Tiger Woods' alleged mistress Rachel Uchitel last year.
He seemingly hinted that the affair had made his marriage stronger, allegedly telling Australia's TV Week, "(The affair turned into) a bonding experience, in the long run... In a sacred ground like marriage, you find yourself out of it at certain times for reasons unknown that can be destructive. There could be a demon that kind of comes out and overtakes you... Do I believe in giving up? No, I don't. I'm a fighter. I'm a lover."
His remarks caught the interest of bosses at AshleyMadison.com - an online dating service for people who are already in relationships - who offered him a $250,000 (£156,000) deal to become the company's spokesperson.
However, Boreanaz's publicist insists the actor would never consider the offer, because his comments about his affair were "taken out of context" during a press conference for his hit TV show.
The rep tells E! Online, "This is an absurd story and not an opportunity that would ever be entertained. David did not talk directly to TV Week. His recent quotes were from a press conference on behalf of Bones and taken out of context." »

We were right. There's not a chance in heck that David Boreanaz would ever consider endorsing an online dating service for cheaters. "This is an absurd story and not an opportunity that would ever be entertained," his rep says in a statement. In fact… Turns out that the offer was inspired by something that never happened. Here's the deal: The Australian edition of TV Week recently reported that the Bones star told them in an interview that his affair last year proved to be a "bonding experience" for him and his wife, Jaime Bergman. Based on that, the dating service came calling. No so fast, people. "David did not talk »

Bosses of a dating website specialising in extra-marital affairs have offered actor David Boreanaz a $250,000 (£156,000) deal to become the company's spokesperson.
The Bones star confessed he had cheated on his wife Jaime Bergman with Tiger Woods' alleged mistress Rachel Uchitel last year, and recently admitted the affair actually made his marriage better, because the couple fought to save their relationship.
His admission has attracted the attention of bosses at AshleyMadison.com - an online dating service for people who are already in relationships.
They are now offering Boreanaz a big cash deal to become the celebrity face of the website.
CEO Noel Biderman tells E! Online, "People enter into affairs to save their marriage, and Mr. Boreanaz had the courage to admit that. The rest of the cheaters in Hollywood - there is no shortage on AshleyMadison, but we are not naming names - might also find this kind of confession liberating." »

Infamous 'other woman' Rachel Uchitel has saved a marriage. David Boreanaz, that guy from Bones who is actually more famous for playing Angel on my beloved Buffy the Vampire Slayer, admitted to cheating on his wife Jaime Bergman with Rachel Uchitel (did you get sterilized, David?) back in May 2010, and says the whole thing has been a "bonding experience."
I don't think it's a coincidence his initials are D.B. ... you know, for douchebag. Obv.

David Boreanaz is determined to move on from his extra-marital affair as he is convinced his infidelity eventually brought him closer to his wife.

It’s an exclusive. No, seriously. It is. He promised. See for yourself!

Actor David Boreanaz has settled a lawsuit with a woman who accused him of sexual harassment while she worked as an extra on his hit TV show Bones.
Actress Kristina Hagan went public with her allegations against the former Buffy The Vampire Slayer star last July, a year after Boreanaz reportedly made a series of unwanted sexual advances towards her.
In her legal papers, she claimed Boreanaz's bad behaviour included sending "inappropriate text messages", masturbating in front of her and attempting to "kiss her and touch her breasts".
She sued for damages from both Boreanaz and his TV bosses at Fox for the "emotional and psychological distress" she suffered as a result of the unwanted sexual interest, as well as lost earnings.
At the time of the lawsuit, Boreanaz was battling to save his marriage to Jaime Bergman after confessing to an affair, but his lawyer Marty Singer slammed Hagan's claims, branding them "totally fabricated and absurd".
However, the actor can now put the scandal firmly behind him after reaching a settlement with Hagan and her attorney, Gloria Allred, according to TMZ.com.
Details of the deal are confidential. »

Rachel Uchitel, whose only claim to fame is being a mistress to the stars, is dating again. And this time, he's not married!
That's right, Uchitel, who famously became one of Tiger Woods' many mistresses (but is often referred to as #1. Congrats!), is actually dating a single guy.
According to TMZ, the guy's name is Matt, he's 25-years-old, and a Penn State grad. The two met while in Florida and have been seeing each other for a few weeks and have been spotted being cozy amongst friends.
Uchitel, 35, also fessed up to an affair with "Bones" star David Boreanaz last year. The affair reportedly took place while his wife Jaime Bergman was pregnant. Ouch.
