Composer Brian Tyler’s Score For Furious 7 Available On March 31

Back Lot Music will release the score soundtrack for Furious 7, Universal Pictures’ upcoming action-thriller directed by James Wan and starring Vin Diesel, Paul Walker and Dwayne Johnson on March 31, 2015, it was announced today. The Furious 7 Original Motion Picture Score features new music by award-winning composer Brian Tyler.

Furious 7 hits theaters nation-wide on April 3.

Tyler is a composer and conductor of more than 70 films and won Film Composer of the Year at the 2014 Cue Awards.  He has been the composer for three previous films in the Fast & Furious franchise, having scored the box-office hits Fast Five, Fast & Furious and The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift for director Justin Lin.  In 2010, Tyler arranged and conducted Jerry Goldsmiths’s film logo music for Universal Pictures and composed a theme for the 100-year anniversary of the studio, making him a valuable part of the Universal family.

‘Parenthood’ Fans Take to Social Media to Say Farewell

(Spoiler alert: Do not read on if you have not yet seen the series finale of NBC’s “Parenthood” entitled “May God Bless and Keep You Always.”)

In true “Parenthood” fashion, the NBC dramedy said farewell with a few laughs and plenty of tears. The most engrossing family drama in recent years really resonated with its hardcore base of fans, who showed up in droves to say goodbye.

They also took to social media, posting on Facebook and sending the Twitter hashtag #BravermanForever to the top of the rankings throughout the night on Thursday.

Adg unveils 2014 nominees

The Grand Budapest Hotel, Guardians Of The Galaxy, Birdman, Gone Girl, Nightcrawler, The Theory Of Everything among Art Directors Guild nominees.

As previously announced, Christopher Nolan will receive the Guild’s Cinematic Imagery Award and production designer Jim Bissell, senior illustrator Camille Abbott, senior set designer John P Bruce and scenic artist Will Ferrell will receive Lifetime Achievement Awards.

Hall Of Fame inductees are John Gabriel Beckman, Charles Lisanby and Walter Tyler.

The 19th Adg Awards are set to take place on January 31 in Los Angeles.
