Rona Barrett was born on October 8, 1936 in New York City, New York, USA as Rona Burstein. She is an actress, known for Entertainment Tonight (1981), Joys (1976) and Good Morning America (1975). She has been married to Daniel Busby since February 14, 2008. She was previously married to Bill Trowbridge.

In 1980, she signed-on to co-host, with Tom Snyder, NBC's Tomorrow Coast to Coast (1973) but dropped out the following year after engaging in a very public feud with Snyder.
At the age of 13, she was the nationwide coordinator of the Eddie Fisher Fan Clubs.
Retired in 1991. Lives in San Ynez, California.
Autobiography "Miss Rona". In it, she admits to having a nose job and claims actor Hugh B. O'Brien tried to seduce her.
Has a very rare form of muscular dystrophy that wasn't diagnosed until she was 9.
