A Brief History of Celebrity Split Announcements (and Parties)

1 March 2017 9:30 AM, PST | | See recent news »

This week’s news that Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are taking a “respectful, loving space” from their relationship has us thinking about all the ways that celebrities have announced breakups in the past.

Lea DeLaria and fiancée Chelsea Fairless announced their split in January with probably the funniest public missive we’ve ever read — that announced a breakup, that is. “We were happy together for four years and will remain in each other’s lives,” DeLaria’s Instagram post, shared days after their scheduled wedding date, read. “In fact, we look forward to finding new ways to torture each other. »

Yet again, the fashion at the 59th Annual Grammy Awards was far from forgettable!

Now, Et’s rounded up our favorite (and not so favorite!) looks from music's biggest night.

Lady in red! Stepping out with her husband, Tim McGraw, by her side, Faith Hill looked stunning in a Zuhair Murad ready-to-wear peekaboo gown. She topped off her look with matching heels, a bright red lip and luxurious, bouncy curls.

Adele also turned heads, donning a green custom-made Givenchy Haute Couture dress by Riccardo Tisci. Her chic updo and simple jewels completed the look perfectly.

A Family Affair! Travis Barker Walks the Red Carpet with Son Landon and Daughter Alabama

12 February 2017 5:35 PM, PST | | See recent news »

Travis Barker‘s kids are already musically inclined, so it’s only a natural next step for them to attend music’s biggest night of the year.

The Blink-182 drummer walked the Grammys red carpet on Sunday with daughter Alabama Luella and son Landon Asher by his side.

Landon, 13, took after his dad in a casual ensemble — himself in a jean jacket, and Barker in a white tattered sleeveless shirt reading “Gangster Rap made me do it.”

Alabama, 11, was dressed to the nines in a long-sleeved glittery pink outfit, complete with matching clutch.

Like father, like daughter!

Blink-182 band member Travis Barker is known for his superior drumming skills — and it looks like his 11-year-old old daughter, Alabama Luella, had learned a lot from her dad!

The pre-teen musician and social media star joined Barker during a recent show, drumming alongside him during one of his big solos.

The sweet moment was captured by one of Barker’s friends, and the musician shared the video on his Instagram account Wednesday. “My little percussionist,” he wrote. #DrumsDrumsDrums.”

Tom DeLonge, Former Blink-182 Singer, to Direct Sci-Fi Film ‘Strange Times’

Blink-182 co-founder Tom DeLonge is set to make his directorial feature debut with the sci-fi film “Strange Times,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The movie, co-written by DeLonge and Ben Kull, centers on a rebellious group of San Diego skateboarders, who take it upon themselves to investigate extreme paranormal activity around town, only to embark on an adventure that they could have never imagined.

“I grew up in Southern California as a disaffected young skateboarder who broke the occasional law or five, and I was always dreaming about the world around me, obsessively looking for the more unusual and imaginative experiences that life has to offer,” the former Blink singer and guitarist told THR. “That’s the inspiration behind ‘Strange Times,’ which is about the tribe of broken youth and the restless spirit that inspired me to form Blink-182 and seek out adventure.”

The project is based on the musician’s “Strange Times” franchise, »

The Chainsmokers Brought The Backstreet Boys On Stage

1 January 2017 11:04 AM, PST | We Got This Covered | See recent We Got This Covered news »

Backstreet’s back, alright! During their recent performance at the Los Angeles Convention Center, The Chainsmokers brought out the legendary boy band Backstreet Boys as special musical guests. Kaskade became the first DJ to play Lacc earlier in the year, so it comes as no surprise that The Chainsmokers would try to top that historic show with an equally noteworthy performance.

Pairing up nostalgic, turn of the millennium pop with dance music has become something of an infatuation for The Chainsmokers. It’s no secret that the duo took heavy inspiration from Blink 182 when writing “Closer,” and somehow bringing out The Backstreet Boys on stage seems like a logical progression from there. Naturally, fans were eating up the unlikely live collaboration.
