Team Behind Pontypool, Septic Man & Exit Humanity Join Forces Again For Stephen McHattie-Led Hellmouth; Trailer Looks Great!!

3 September 2014 3:52 AM, PDT | | See recent Icons of Fright news »

Adding a third collaboration between Tony Burgess (writer, Pontypool, Septic Man) and  John Geddes (Director, Exit Humanity, Producer, Septic Man), the Foresight Features production of Hellmouth is set to announce their Us and foreign distribution plans while screening the Stephen McHattie (300, A History Of Violence)-led film at the upcoming Toronto International Film Festival (Tiff).

While their previous collaborations were quite interesting and a lot of fun, judging from the brand new trailer for Hellmouth (thanks to Twitch), this one looks like their most ambitious and realized film yet. Imagine a cross between a horror noir fantasy and a Tim Burton film and you’ve got Hellmouth. It looks like a blast, full of dazzling visuals and an interesting story regarding the film’s lead having to literally go through hell and back. We can’t wait to check it out ourselves, what about you fright fantatics?
