Eion is known for his performances in the critically acclaimed HBO miniseries Band of Brothers, and the long-standing television drama ER. Some of his film credits include Fight Club, Almost Famous, Center Stage, and Mindhunters. He also co-starred with Antonio Banderas in the HBO original movie, And Starring Pancho Villa As Himself.

He has won, and been nominated for numerous awards, and is the recipient of a Day- time Emmy for his Outstanding Performance in the movie Life of the Party. Most recently he has received critical acclaim as rogue CIA agent Ben Mercer, opposite Piper Perabo in USA's Covert Affairs.

Eion can be seen in ABC's Once Upon A Time, where he has been introduced as a series regular.

Eion Bailey struggled in school until he found his calling in his high school drama department. Eion was soon performing in each school play and went on to study formally at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City.

He appeared in a cameo role in Cameron Crow's "Almost Famous", portraying Rolling Stone editor Jann Wenner. Bailey was also seen in "Center Stage," "Fight Club," Catherine Jelski's "The Young Unknowns.", "The Scoundrel's Wife," "Seven and a Match," Renny Harlin's "Mindhunters" for Miramax, and the independent feature "Sexual Life" for director Ken Kwapis. Bailey's TV appearances include "Signigicant Others," "Dawson Creek," HBO's highly acclaimed series, "Band of Brothers" produced by Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg, and the HBO original film "And Starring Pancho Villa as Himself" opposite Antonio Banderas.

On stage, Bailey has appeared in Peter Schaffer's classic psychological drama, "Equus," at the Pasadena Playhouse, as well as "Spoon River Anthology," "Look Homeward, Angel," and "Dinner at Eight" at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, "Desire and I" at the Access Theatre Santa Barbara, and "Icarus' Mother" at the SBCC Studio Theatre.
