Shaheen BaigShaheen worked as an associate alongside casting directors; Debbie McWilliams, Jina Jay & Patsy Pollock for several years before setting up her own company in 2002. In 2004 Shaheen was nominated by her peers and awarded the Best New Talent Award by Women In Film and Television in London and in 2008 sat on the jury for the British Independent Film Awards.
