Mumbai, May 28: Loss of success in his dream project 'Department' is making Rgv to think that Bollywood is his punching bag. After blasting Sanjay Dutt and his Pa, Dharam Oberoi, he trained his guns of Abhishek Bachchan, for recommending him. Now he did not stop there, as if to prove a point he revealed his plans of making the film in Tollywood with some subtle changes in the script. If you think that this is the end of Ramu then you are mistaken as he punched Arjun Rampal.

When Chinni Prakash started shooting the title track of Bol Bachchan with Amitabh Bachchan, Ajay Devgn and Abhishek Bachchan at Mumbai's Film City Studios last week, he was pleasantly surprised to see Bachchan's passion for his work. "The last time I had choreographed dance moves for him, it was for 'Jumma Chumma De De' for Hum. At that time he would rehearse ten times and watch me twenty times before he faced the camera and I was surprised to see that he still follows the same rule. Audiences have been going mad with excitement after seeing the first trailer of the Ajay Devgn, Abhishek Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan – Rohit Shetty directed Bol Bachchan. The comedy is bringing the dishoom dishoom, the funny, and well (according to our editor) the hot, hot, hot Ajay Devgn in that black tank, and so much that makes Bollywood films great! Fans can’t wait until the film hits July 6th!

Flying Cars, Wire Fu, Iris scorching colors, punny one liners! It’s time for another Rohit Shetty picture but even with all his usual tropes after last year’s very enjoyable (although completely forgettable) Singham, we might slowly be beaten into submission and actually look forward to his movies!
Allegedly an adaptation of 1979′s Golmaal and not his own box office record breaking Golmaal series. The title is confusing and the success of which has been astounding, his movies are hated by critics but loved by family audiences. (think Michael Bay)

Get ready to laugh and marvel at all the stunts with Rohit Shetty’s latest film, Bol Bachchan, starring Ajay Devgn and Abhishek Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan with their leading ladies Asin and Prachi Desai. The film is inspired by the 1979 comedy gem, Gol Maal, with Amol Palekar playing a double role for his strict boss Utpal Dutt. As with most Rohit Shetty films, there’s a good mix of stunts, plotlines given away, and some fabulous dishoom dishoom which the trailer gets us hyped for. The box office results of Department are clear – it is a colossal flop! Not only was it rejected by critics, Ram Gopal Varma (Rgv) fans were also disappointed. Even the much talked about use of Digital SLRs and innovative camera shots were rejected by many. The film not only opened poorly, but failed to take off in India and abroad. That places Department amongst one of the lowest openers for a Hindi film, despite having big star names, such as Amitabh Bachchan and Sanjay Dutt.
Despite all that, Rgv still stands firmly behind his film stating “Some critics panning the film doesn’t bother me because I didn’t make the film for them…In Department, it’s the rapid swish pans and some hitherto unseen movement perspectives which bothered some people, but the same were liked by many others…I don’t believe that there is anything wrong with the script. »

Director Ram Gopal Varma has been playing the blame game ever since his last release Department flopped at the box office. First he took potshots at his lead actor Sanjay Dutt and producer Dharam Oberoi and now Rgv blames Abhishek Bachchan for the dismal performance of his film at the box office.
The story goes that Abhishek was suppose to do Rana Daggubati's role in the film but he later opted out as he didn't have the available dates. When he was doing the film, Abhishek suggested Rgv to cast Sanjay Dutt in the film and Rgv obliged. Rgv blames Abhishek for leaving him stuck with Sanjay, who according to him is the most unprofessional and unimaginably erratic person.

Bol Bachchan is a 2012 Bollywood comedy film, starring Ajay Devgn, Abhishek Bachchan, Asin Thottumkal and Prachi Desai. Directed by Rohit Shetty, the story of the film is inspired by the 1979 comedy flick, Gol Maal. According to the Gol Maal Ramprasad (Amol Palekar) has just his sister Ratna (Manju Singh) to call his family and Dr. Kedar (David) who they consider family. Ram is looking for a better job when Dr. Kedar tells him about Bhavani Shankar’s (Utpal Dutt) company. Mr. Bhavani believes that if a man does not have a mustache then he is characterless. The super combination of superstar Ajay Devgn and ace director Rohit Shetty is back! The power packed duo which gave Singham one of the biggest hits of 2012, has a new treat in store for fans. Ajay Devgn who is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film Bol Bachchan alongside Abhishek Bachchan will be working on a social awareness film next. In fact the actor along with wife Kajol will star in the film based on female foeticide.
Confirming this Ajay's publicist tells us. "Yes both Ajay and Kajol will be acting in the film. In fact the Maharashtra government had approached them for the film which will be a part of their campaign against female foeticide."
Ajay's script for a social awareness film has been approved by the state's health department. The Health Minister Suresh Shetty said the department has appreciated the script and it will be the endeavour of the government to make the film available to maximum number of theatres.
If that was not enough, the actors have decided to star in the film free of cost and are expected to start filming soon. »

New Delhi, May 15: Abhishek Bachchan could be seen in the Bollywood rendition of Shakespeare's 'Hamlet', according to reports.
Tigmanshu Dhulia, who directed 'Paan Singh Tomar', is reportedly toying with the idea and is keen on casting the young Bachchan in the lead role.
