The Weinstein Company/Miramax Books purchased the publishing rights to her first novel, Whacked. The book was released June 3, 2008. "Whacked" was a top ten fiction bestseller on Amazon, and was in its third printing within the novel's first month of release. The paperback is due to be published in May of 2009.

Appeared as a guest on "The Adam Carolla Radio Show" to defend her husband, Steven Soderbergh's film Ocean's Thirteen (2007) after a year of Carolla referring to the movie as "an abortion of a film".

Daughter-in-law of Peter Soderbergh.

Cousin of Grant Vaught (Actor).
