Personal Quotes (1)

I'd known Phil Collins for a while, and he came in and helped Argent out on the "Counterpoints" album when our drummer Bob Henrit went down with hepatitis. We were both into a lot of the same jazzy stuff, like Chick Corea, and Phil used to play in a more experimental group, Brand X, when Genesis weren't touring or recording. I think Phil gets an incredibly bad press. He's an exceptional musician, an extraordinary drummer.
