Pamela Anderson Discusses ‘New Chapter’ In Her Career

Taormina, Sicily — Pamela Anderson at 46, has plans for a new chapter in her career, starting with her role in Werner Herzog’s next film “Vernon God Little,” the former “Baywatch” star said at the Taormina Film Festival in Italy, where she received a prize for her charitable work with the Pamela Anderson Foundation.

In “Vernon God Little,” which is an adaptation of Australian writer Dbc Pierre’s Booker Prize-winning coming-of-age novel, Anderson will play “the mother of young boy who is accused of being personally responsible for killing a bunch of kids in his classroom,” she said speaking for the first time about this previously announced role. It’s her first with an auteur.

Russell Brand will play a charming, yet unscrupulous TV reporter who manipulates the situation. Mike Tyson has a cameo as an ax murderer. Pic, which will shoot in Mexico and the U.S., is being produced »
