New Order have added additional dates in London and Manchester to their upcoming UK tour. As previously announced, the current lineup of the band - which does not include original bassist Peter Hook - will play a series of dates in April and May. The newly-updated tour details are as follows:

Joy Division Mickey Mouse T-shirt pulled by Disney

Disney has removed a Joy Division-inspired T-shirt from its stores, it has been announced. The T-shirt in question incorporates a Mickey Mouse head into the sleeve of the British band's 1979 debut album Unknown Pleasures. The original artwork was adapted by Peter Saville from a visual representation in the Cambridge Encyclopaedia of Astronomy of the first pulsar discovered. However, Disney has confirmed that the T-shirt - which was priced at $$24.99 - is no longer available to purchase, reports Pitchfork. "As soon as we became aware there could be an issue, we pulled it from our shelves and our online store to review the situation further," a Disney representative said. Peter Hook and Stephen Morris have offered different opinions on a new Disney T-Shirt inspired by their former band Joy Division. The T-shirt incorporates a Mickey Mouse head into the sleeve of the post-punk band's 1979 debut album Unknown Pleasures. The cover itself was adapted by Peter Saville from a visual representation in the Cambridge Encyclopaedia of Astronomy of the first pulsar discovered. "Inspired by the iconic sleeve of Joy Division's Unknown Pleasures album, this Waves Mickey Mouse Tee incorporates Mickey's image within the graphic of the pulse of a star," the Disney Store website said.
