‘Fear The Walking Dead’ Season 2 Deleted Scene Features Alycia and Alex

Remember Alex (Michelle Ang) on Fear The Walking Dead and Ftwd Flight 462? Her time in Season 2 was unfortunately brief but her character lives on somewhere out in the post apocalyptic world.

As a treat for Alex fans we have one of the deleted scenes from the upcoming Fear The Walking Dead Season 2 Blu-ray and DVD featuring the plane crash survivor and Alycia (Alycia Debnam-Carey) in a short but sweet confrontation. Alycia apologizes for leaving Alex behind while Alex accepts the apology by leaving the door holding Alycia captive unlocked.

These two would make a great team if their paths reconnect in the future. Cross your fingers for Season 3 next summer.

The Fear The Walking Dead Season 2 Blu-ray and DVD with Digital HD arrives in stores on December 13th. Watch the deleted scene below and find pre-order price information at Amazon.

TV News Roundup: ‘Shameless’ Season 7 Trailer, Zach Braff’s ABC Comedy Return
In today’s TV news roundup, Zach Braff is developing a comedy with ABC, plus Showtime has released a new trailer for “Shameless” Season 7. Watch here.

Development

Zach Braff is eyeing his broadcast TV return, as he’s put into development a single-camera comedy “Start Up” in which he’s attached to star, direct and executive produce. ABC nabbed the project with a hefty put pilot commitment. The pilot will be written by “Scrubs” writer/producer Matt Tarses, marking a reunion between him and Braff — and also a reunion between Braff and ABC, which was home to “Scrubs” for its eight and ninth season, after being axed by NBC. “Start Up” is based on Alex Blumberg’s popular podcast of the same name, and the series would follow Braff’s character as he quits his job and starts a new business. Fear The Walking Dead season 2 episode 3 review: Ouroboros

Fear The Walking Dead intersects with its Flight 462 webisode in its latest instalment, Ouroboros...

This review contains spoilers.

2.3 Ouroboros

The Walking Dead was one of the shows at the forefront of the second screen experience. I think they had the first app designed for people to poke around on while watching a show. I can't remember for sure, so that might not be true, but it's definitely one of the first I used and it remains one of the more noteworthy examples of the attempt by television to integrate phones and tablets into the viewing experience. Fittingly, The Walking Dead also has a strong presence in online video, with multiple Walking Dead websiodes. However, while you've seen characters from the original series expanded upon in the webisodes (Bicycle Girl from the first season), there hasn't been any cross-over in the other direction.

That's all changing thanks to

Box Office Democracy: Triple 9

  • Comicmix
Triple 9 is a throwback to a different time. It’s the gritty kind of crime movie that seems to have been pushed out of the spotlight by slicker movies like the Fast & Furious franchise and by a run of bizarrely gritty cop films like End of Watch. Triple 9 feels more like a Training Day when it’s working and a bit like Smokin’ Aces when it isn’t. Triple 9 has a relentlessly tense script and a talented enough cast to round out a lot of the rough edges. The throwback element that didn’t work for me is that Triple 9 is an alarmingly racist movie. It’s also a very misogynistic movie, but it’s much harder to get to an alarming level with that what with the rest of pop culture.

Every non-white character in Triple 9 that has a name I remember six hours

'Triple 9's' Anthony Mackie, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Clifton Collins Jr and Director Talk Diversity in Movie

  • CineMovie
What is diversity in Hollywood? Triple 9 star Anthony Mackie jokes with CineMovie that his Triple 9 co-star Chiwetel Ejiofor is the "poster child" for transcending color lines in Hollywood. Triple 9 stars a diverse cast with Anthony Mackie, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Clifton Collins Jr., Aaron Paul, Norman Reedus, Casey Affleck, Gal Gadot, Woody Harrelson, Michelle Ang and Kate Winslet sharing screen time in the crime thriller. Triple 9 director John Hillcoat amassed a great group of talented actors while also reflecting a contemporary urban society. There are no token minorities in Triple 9, and race is not an issue.  Triple 9 stars Anthony Mackie (Captain America: Civil War), Chiwetel Ejiofor (Doctor Strange), Clifton Collins Jr. (Pacific Rim, Westworld) and director John Hillcoat sit down with CineMovie to discuss Hollywood's diversity issue.

'Fear the Walking Dead' Season 2 Trailer Teases the Crash of 'Flight 462'

'Fear the Walking Dead' Season 2 Trailer Teases the Crash of 'Flight 462'
Are the web series Flight 462 and Fear the Walking Dead about to have a head on collision? That idea is teased in the first trailer for Fear the Walking Dead, which is set to debut all-new episodes this April. Last summer, when Fear the Walking Dead debuted on AMC, the first six episodes contained mini-sodes for Flight 462 during the commercial breaks. The short episodes introduced a new recurring character that will appear on Fear the Walking Dead, but we were never told who it would be. This character is said to join the small band of Los Angeles-based survivors as they continue their way through the early stages of the zombie apocalypse. And it appears the show will waste no time in setting up this story arc. Perhaps even in its first Season 2 episode.

There were eight installments of Fear the Walking Dead: Flight 462. The minute-long interludes showed several passengers on an airplane,

The Cast of Fear The Walking Dead Flight 462 Deliver a Holiday Message

At least one passenger will survive the detoured from Phoenix to Los Angeles flight and join Fear The Walking Dead at some point in Season 2, but who that is remains a mystery to this day.

What I can tell you is this surviving cast member destined for a greater role will be one of seven passengers that comprise the core Fear The Walking Dead Flight 462 cast. You may or may not recognize these folks from previous projects, so let's take a closer look as well as watch an exclusive Fear The Walking Dead Flight 462 cast holiday messsage at the bottom of this post.

Three New Found Footage Films Are Hitting VOD, But Only One and a Half Deliver the Goods

Blah, blah, blah, found footage movies suck. Okay, now that that (far too frequently correct) generalization is out of the way let’s take a look at three new horror titles available this week on VOD. Yes, they’re all found footage films, but there’s a twist… only one of them sucks. Another is mediocre at best, and the third? Well it just might be one of the year’s best horror movies. Hangar 10 follows a trio of friends who head into a British forest to investigate search for gold but get caught up in strange events that appear to echo a UFO sighting there 33 years prior. Exists follows a group of friends who head into an East Texas forest for some deep woods shenanigans but unintentionally piss off Bigfoot along the way. The Taking of Deborah Logan does not involve aliens, Bigfoot or the woods, but it does feature a harrowing look at the pain
