- Got his start in broadcasting when the then NBC head, Brandon Tartikoff (who is known for bringing the network back to prominence with hits such as The Cosby Show, Knight Rider, and The A-Team) heard about his student radio show at Princeton University via an article in People Magazine. He was then hired as Tartikoff's assistant.
