Best known as co-composer of cartoon theme songs for _"George Of The Jungle" (1967)_, "Superchicken" and "Tom Slick".

Much sought after character actor who appeared in over 150 film and TV roles.

Born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in Canada.

Began singing career with the Royal National Guard during his WWII service with the RCAF.

Graduated from the Los Angeles Conservatory of Music.

Songwriting credits include, "A Quiet Kind Of Love", "Christmas In The Air" and "Patapan".

He was the singing voice for TV's "Mister Ed" (1961), for which he also wrote and recorded "The Pretty Little Filly with the Ponytail" and "The Empty Feedbag Blues".
