Krista J. Allen was born in Ventura, California, but was raised in Houston Texas, by her parents Dalton Earl Allen Sr. and Katherine Mary Allen (née Raposa), who later divorced. Her first encounter behind a professional camera was modeling as a teenager. It didn't take a 35mm camera to realize how much of a beauty the young Krista Allen was. After high school she went to Austin to attend college. After earning her credits in college, she realized that there was more to life than could be found by staying in Texas. It would take courage and hard work to achieve the dreams she had, but she more than accomplished them.

She took her rockin' little Honda Civic and what little money she had and headed west, though exactly where remained to be seen. The road brought her and her little Honda to the glitz and glamor of Las Vegas, and she decided to check out the world-famous Caesars Palace casino. Not long after she started playing a slot machine, she did what many players dreamed of--hit the jackpot! Not a huge jackpot, mind you--$2,500, to be exact--but more than enough to keep her heading west, where she believed her fortune lie.

She wasn't far off, either--she eventually landed a role on the popular TV soap The Bold and the Beautiful (1987) as "Shelly". From there she appeared in films and on TV, in such movies as The Haunted Sea (1997) and the TV series High Tide (1994), Pacific Blue (1996) and Silk Stalkings (1991). She also appeared in the film Liar Liar (1997) (if you remember "the busty woman in elevator", that was her).

In 1996 she dazzled the producers of another popular daytime show, Days of Our Lives (1965). She swept viewers with her portrayal of conniving drug addict Billie Reed from 1996-99. During her time on Days Of Our Lives she met Justin Morrit, and they began to date, eventually marrying. In 1997 the pair welcomed a baby boy, Jacob Nolan Morit (Justin and Krista eventually divorced in 1999). After her contract with NBC expired she landed numerous TV and movie roles. She starred in the UPN miniseries Avalon: Beyond the Abyss (1999). You might also remember her gracefully running in slow motion on Baywatch (1989). After her stint on that show she landed on several magazine covers ("Stuff", "FHM", "Maxim". etc.) and appeared on TV series, including Friends (1994), Frasier (1993), Just Shoot Me! (1997), Two and a Half Men (2003), Andromeda (2000), The X-Files (1993) and Fastlane (2002), to name a few. She also appeared in the films Anger Management (2003), Confessions of a Dangerous Mind (2002) and Paycheck (2003). She has also starred in the independent films _Totally Blonde (2005), _Meet Market (2005)_ and Shut Up and Kiss Me! (2004).

In 2005 Krista started her own T-shirt company named SexBrand with help from her long time friend Katrina McCaffery. In 2006 she changed the name of the company to SuperExcellent. The company was very successful but in 2007 they decided to call it quits. In 2009 Krista starred in The Final Destination (2009) and Silent Venom (2009). She also had substantial roles in Dirty Sexy Momey (2007) and The Philanthropist (2009). In 2010 Krista married punk-rock singer Mams Taylor but filed for divorce in April 2011.

In 2010 Krista and her good friend Katrina McCaffery once again started a business called Veggie Boom Boom. VBB started out as just a vegan blog but grew into much more. Krista reviews and blogs about all types of products for OM Magazine. In that same year she became a licensed yoga instructor.

In 2012 Krista landed the role of "Jennifer Bell" in the series The L.A. Complex (2012). She is also still blogging for Veggie Boom Boom when she has time.

You Vs You Baby, Own that sh*t.
