James Alexandrou was born on April 12, 1985 in Islington, London, England as James Alekos Alexandrou. He is an actor and director, known for EastEnders (1985), Soror (2014) and No Easy Way Out (2013).

James' first major TV role was having the part of Martin Fowler in the soap EastEnders (1985). In 1999 he appeared as Grant in the short film 'Blessed Burden'.
Is the twin brother of Antoinette Alexandrou.
Was in a relationship with Kara Tointon (April 2006-November 2007).
Appeared in the play "The Homecoming" for BBC Radio 3 (2007).
Upon leaving EastEnders (1985) in 2007 he enrolled at the Central School of Speech and Drama in order to refresh his skills.
