This 1930's model and magazine cover-girl was employed, as often as not, as a beautiful "living statue" in early 40's Hollywood Technicolor items, strictly to prettify a movie set's ambience while herself saying hardly a word. On the other hand, she was also heroine (talking heroine, it should be pointed out), such as "Nyoka the Jungle Girl," in 40's black-and-white "B" serials.
