Mocking
LeBron James' playoff woes has become as integral a part of basketball as dribbling or Marv Albert. Stop us if you've heard this one:
A man asks LeBron James for change for a parking meter. LeBron gives the man 75 cents and walks away. The man shouts, "Hey, LeBron! I need a dollar!" LeBron replies "sorry, man, I don't have a fourth quarter."
Boom. But we can't even make a layup so who cares what we say. However, when Los Angeles Laker and all-time great Magic Johnson starts ripping you? That's gotta hurt.
At an on-campus appearance Saturday (Oct. 15) at the University at Albany, Magic starting laying into King James:
"There's going to always be great players in basketball. There's going to always be guys who win championships in the NBA, except LeBron..."
The remarks drew a mixed response, but Magic didn't let up:

Longtime sportscaster Marv Albert — best known as the lead announcer on NBC's coverage of the NBA and for his signature calls "Yes!" and "Re-jected!" — is joining CBS Sports to broadcast NFL games, the network announced Monday.
"Marv Albert is recognized throughout sports broadcasting as one of its true legends. Very few in the broadcasting industry can claim his combined accomplishments and remarkable longevity," CBS Sports Chairman Sean McManus said.

The Big Bang Theory‘s Jim Parsons is bringing his personal brand of awesome to Nickelodeon’s iCarly.
The Emmy-winning funnyman will guest star on the tween hit’s fourth season later this year as Caleb, a psych patient who thinks he might actually be from the future — a little Sheldon Cooper-ish (minus the crazy), no? Marv Albert has joined CBS Sports as a play-by-play announcer for "The NFL on CBS," and will continue as basketball play-by-play announcer for TNT. Albert also does play-by-play for CBS Sports’ and Turner Sports’ coverage of the Ncaa Division I Men’s Basketball Championship. Albert was the play-by-play voice for Westwood One Radio’s coverage of Monday Night Football from 2002-09 alongside Boomer Esiason.
