While all of us Mad Max fans wait with drooling mouths for Mad Max: Fury Road, the gang at IFC Midnight looks to satisfy our post-apocalyptic addictions with what’s being hailed as “Mad Max meets the undead“, in the form of Wyrmwood: Road Of The Dead . Hitting select theaters on February 13th, and directed by Kiah Roache-Turner, Wyrmwood: Road Of The Dead is just the kind of Australian exploitation film that calls back to the blood and oil carnage of the ’70s and ’80s films we all love and adore. Personally, I’m stoked as all hell for this one, and am completely excited to share the official poster and trailer with you fright fiends!!
