Bill Melendez was born on November 15, 1916 in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico as José Cuauhtémoc Melendez. He is known for his work on A Charlie Brown Christmas (1965), It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown (1966) and A Boy Named Charlie Brown (1969). He was married to Helen Huhn.
