Liam Neeson Eyes 'Tell No One' Remake & Channing Tatum Is 'Struck By Genius'

18 September 2014 6:24 AM, PDT | The Playlist | See recent The Playlist news »

Moving along in fits and starts for years now, the remake/re-adaptation of "Tell No One" — based on the book by Harlan Coben, and turned into an excellent 2006 thriller by Guillaume Canet — has had some big names check it out. Ben Affleck was attached to direct for a while, and last year "Warrior" and "Pride & Glory" director Gavin O'Connor was linked for the job. But now, the project is being looked at by someone who knows what it's like to have someone taken from them. (Sorry, had to). Liam Neeson is being wined and dined to take the lead role in the movie, which has Chris Terrio ("Argo," "Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice") penning the script. The simple yet effective plotline follows a doctor who, after his wife vanishes, is at first suspected of having murdered her, but then begins to receive clues that she may in fact still be alive. »

Liam Neeson Sweet On Harlan Coben’s ‘Tell No One’

17 September 2014 4:18 PM, PDT | Deadline New York | See recent Deadline New York news »

Exclusive: As Universal Pictures prepares for Friday’s opening of the Scott Frank-directed adaptation of the Lawrence Block novel A Walk Among The Tombstones, the studio is courting its star Liam Neeson for another thriller novel it is percolating. It’s Tell No One, the thriller by bestselling novelist Harlan Coben. There is a script by Oscar-winning Argo scribe Chris Terrio, but they are going to do some work before Neeson will officially attach. I hear it’s going to happen, even if it is a little ways away.

While Coben is an accomplished deliverer of page-turner thrillers, he has yet to really hit it in Hollywood. His best outing came on the French version of Tell No One, which was turned into a hit by filmmaker Guillaume Canet. The success of that film led to the Universal deal and Terrio’s writing. Gavin O’Connor has circled the film as director. »

Zack Snyder Debunks Stolen Batmobile Rumor with Hilarious Photo

15 September 2014 7:26 AM, PDT | firstshowing.net | See recent FirstShowing.net news »

For some reason, there was a rumor that a Batmobile had been stolen from the set of Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice. Bleeding Cool picked up the story from CBS News of all places, but it turned out to be completely false. How do we know? Well, aside from the official confirmations that not even one of the several Batmobiles on set had been stolen, director Zack Snyder decided to continue his Star Wars photo gags (previously seen with a Jedi Superman and Batman on Tatooine) by having another recognizable character from a galaxy far, far away apprehended by police for trying to steal Batman's ride. Here's the photo Zack Snyder posted on Twitter over the weekend: Case closed. pic.twitter.com/fVyENoksFp — ZackSnyder (@ZackSnyder) September 13, 2014 Check out the most recent official photos of the armed and badass Batmobile right here! See The New Batmobile From 'Batman v Superman' From All Angles!

10 September 2014 8:29 AM, PDT | LatinoReview | See recent LatinoReview news »

The spy pics just keep on coming!

Hot on the heels of a sweet overhead shot of the Millennium Falcon out on the town from the set of Star Wars: Episode VII, we now also have a bunch of shots of another iconic Hollywood vehicle- The Batmobile.

Batman's legendary ride is seeing some action on the set of Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice lately, so it was only a matter of time before photos flooded the net. What's interesting about the design of the vehicle is how it fuses together different design philosophies from Batmobiles past and present. When the initial teases came out, some people speculated it would look like a cross between the Burton Batmobile, and Nolan's Tumbler. It would appear that anyone that thought that was right on the money.

Here, see for yourself:

Batman v Superman: Jesse Eisenberg Appears To Be Wearing A Wig In New Image

Now you see me! Yesterday, Nicole Yioupis tweeted the image that you can view below along with the message, "Just met Jesse Eisenberg from The Social Network and had a conversation with him. Cool." As we know from recent Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice set photos, Jesse is filming his 'Lex Luthor' scenes at the moment. What's interesting about the image is that the hair on top of Jesse's head does not look natural at all. I would imagine it is a wig of some sort. Perhaps to cover up a freshly shaved head?
